Col. Kurt L. Sonntag, who has been selected for the rank of brigadier general, commander, Inter-Agency Military Advisory Detachment, U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, N.C., to deputy commanding general, U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, N.C.
