The mission of the USASOC Emergency Management office is to provide an integrated, comprehensive emergency management program for the soldiers, families, and civilians of the USASOC Community. It is the primary advisor to the USASOC Commander for all Emergency Management-related policies and procedures, and is responsible for the preparedness, training, and coordination of emergency response and recovery efforts to the USASOC enterprise.
The USASOC Community Preparedness Program educates family members about disaster preparedness for the hazards that may impact their area, and aids in basic disaster planning and preparedness skills.
