Major General Patrick B. Roberson is the Commanding General of the U.S. Army Special Operations Center of Excellence.
Major General Patrick B. Roberson was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Infantry in 1990. He volunteered for Special Forces, and upon completion of the course, was assigned to 3rd Battalion, 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne).
His most recent assignment was as Commander, Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve in Iraq.

Brigadier General Harrison B. Gilliam is the Deputy Commanding Officer of the U.S. Army Special Operations Center of Excellence.
Brig. Gen. Harrison B. Gilliam was commissioned as a second lieutenant in June 1991 following attendance at Officer Candidate School.
He completed the Special Forces Qualification Course in 1993, and served in a variety of positions within the 2nd Battalion, 19th Special Forces Group. His most recent assignment was as Director, Joint Staff-West Virginia, Joint Force Headquarters.

Brigadier General John P. Lawlor Jr. is the Deputy Commanding Officer of the U.S. Army Special Operations Center of Excellence.
Brig. Gen. John P. Lawlor Jr. was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant of Infantry in 1987.
He has served in various positions in the Army Reserve including Assistant Chief of Staff Operations G-3/5/7, Secretary of the General Staff, Assistant Plans Officer, Policy Officer, Public Works Team Chief and Civil Affairs Planning Team Chief U.S. European Command.

CW5 Stephen C. Frazier is the Command Chief Warrant Officer of the U.S. Army Special Operations Center of Excellence.
Formerly an Infantryman and Special Forces Medical Sergeant, he
became a Special Forces Warrant Officer in 1999 and has served as an Assistant Detachment Commander, Detachment Commander, Company Operations Warrant Officer, Battalion Operations Warrant Officer and Group Operations Warrant Officer within the 10th SFG(A). Additionally, he served as the Commandant, Special Forces Warrant Officer Institute (Airborne).

Command Sergeant Major Joseph L. Fancher is the Command Sergeant Major of the United States Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, the Army Special Operation’s Center of Excellence.
Command Sgt. Maj. Joseph L. Fancher began his military service in 1990. Command Sgt. Maj. Fancher served as a Special Forces Engineer Sergeant, Intelligence Sergeant, Special Operations Detachment Alpha Operations Sergeant and in multiple positions as a sergeant major.
